March is National Nutrition Month!
The Queens College Dietetics Club would like to encourage everyone to adopt healthy eating habits and regular physical activity as a part of their daily routines. As future dietitians we want to help others understand the importance of focusing on making informed food choices and getting daily exercise in order to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, reduce the risk of chronic disease and promote overall health.
March 11th is National Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day so let your favorite Dietitian or Nutritionist know you appreciate them and they work they do!
